FAQ
We are one big happy family. While we do have different levels of endorsements, we do consider anyone playing Picks of Destiny endorsed! We like to display all the guitarists who have purchased a Picks of Destiny guitar pick to show the world their set up and band.
Our minimum order for guitar picks is one bag of 100. They must all be the same guitar pick shape, artwork and ink color per bag. Our minimum order for guitar pick tins is one case of 50.
Our guitar picks are proudly made in the USA! Our guitar picks are also Lead-Free and are Prop-65 Compliant, both very important to ask when searching for custom guitar picks. Our parent company has been manufacturing guitar picks for major OEM businesses around the world for almost 100 years now.
Our single and full color printing processes are both extremely durable and in most cases, the ink will outlast the guitar pick. As with all inks and plastics, they will begin to wear at the point the guitar pick makes contact with metal strings and may be slightly noticeable with full color printing due to the amount of ink used. You will find that in most cases, general contact with your fingers will not wear the ink prior to the guitar pick being worn out. Our parent company has been making guitar picks for almost 100 years now and we have never really found a problem with our ink.
It’s the same process for us so we took a one cost across the board only increasing in quantity of picks as well as single/double sided print as that is more work for us.
We cannot print copyrighted artwork without permission. Any request to print copyrighted artwork will require authorization from the owner of the copyrighted material. If an order is placed containing copyrighted artwork without permission or artwork that could be considered infringing on a copyright, new artwork will be required prior to further processing. We will be happy to provide recommendations in this situation. You should contact us prior to ordering if you have concerns about your artwork. If cancellation is requested, our above cancellation policy applies.
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours, but there will be a $25 cancellation fee. After 24 hours, your order may not be cancelled (NO EXCEPTIONS). When you place your order, the process starts immediately and processing costs are incurred. If your order is placed on the weekend, it would have be cancelled by end of business day on Monday 5PM EST.
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
Yes we do accept rush orders only when our schedule allows. We will add a $60 fee on top of the order total because we normally will have to break schedule and squeeze your order in.
We request 3 to 4 weeks from the date of confirming your order to ship custom guitar picks. Although most of our orders will ship sooner, our process is very involved and are always on a first come-first serve basis. We take our time to ensure each customer is very satisfied with the outcome of their custom guitar picks. If you do require a specific hands-in date, please inquire prior to ordering.
Each Order Acknowledgement (that we send after placing the order) will have an Order Acknowledgement Number. If you can tell us this number then we can easily access the order. If you do not have the number, don’t worry! Just give us a description and we will try our best to locate your artwork.
Ordering custom guitar picks online allows for better accuracy and efficient processing. Your online order will go straight to our processing department and will avoid the additional account confirmation delays that may arise when orders are placed outside of our system.
We prefer that all orders are placed via our website to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
