Our single and full-color printing methods offer exceptional durability, often surpassing the lifespan of the guitar pick itself. However, as is common with inks and plastics, slight wear may occur at the point of contact with metal strings, especially noticeable with full-color printing due to ink volume. Typically, regular finger contact won't affect the ink before the pick wears out. With nearly a century of experience, our parent company has encountered minimal issues with our ink quality in guitar pick production.

Printing copyrighted artwork necessitates permission from the owner. Authorization from the copyright holder is mandatory for any such requests. Orders featuring copyrighted or potentially infringing artwork will require new designs before proceeding. We're ready to offer guidance in such cases and suggest reaching out before placing an order if there are concerns about artwork. Our standard cancellation policy applies if cancellation is requested.

Cancellation of an order is permissible within the initial 24 hours, subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Beyond this period, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. The commencement of order processing is immediate upon placement, incurring associated costs. Orders made over the weekend must be cancelled by end of business day on Monday, 5 PM EST.

Yes we do accept rush orders  only when our schedule allows.  We will add a $60 fee on top of the order total because we normally will have to break schedule and squeeze your order in.

Upon placing an order, you'll receive an Order Acknowledgement containing a unique number. Providing this number streamlines access to your order. If you don't have the number, no problem! Simply offer a description, and we'll make every effort to locate your artwork.
